Our Team

Chris Martin

Leasing and Construction
Prior to establishing MDP, Chris was SVP of Urban Leasing for General Growth Properties. Chris has also held leasing and development positions at publicly traded retail REITS including Westfield, Taubman, and Rouse. Chris has 20 years of retail leasing and development experience completing thousands of leases representing several million square feet of inventory with national and local retailers.  He is a principal of the RCM Group, LLC, a multifamily developer in Washington D.C. which he co-founded in 2009, recently exiting the remaining building in his portfolio. Chris is a graduate of Colgate University and earned his MBA from the University of Maryland. He is a board member of the Georgetown Business Improvement District and an executive committee member of Barracks Row Main Street.

Paul Diamond

Finance and Development
Prior to establishing MDP, Paul was an Executive Vice President, partner, and member of the management committee at Tishman Realty. During his 25 years with Tishman, Paul was involved in all aspects of the company’s real estate activities including acquisition, development, dispositions, asset financings, corporate-level capital raising, leasing, and asset management. Paul is a graduate of Cornell University.

Jack Treanor

Investments and Asset Management
Prior to joining MDP, Jack worked at JBG SMITH as a project accountant where he managed a large portfolio of retail, multi-family, commercial, and development projects. Jack is a licensed CPA, a graduate of Elon University, and a member of Urban Land Institute and DC Real Estate Group.

Yumi Villatoro

Property Management and Accounting
Prior to joining MDP, Yumi worked at EFO Capital Management and Capital Guidance, where she performed the accounting responsibilities and worked closely with executives providing high-level administrative support. Yumi is a graduate of American University, founding Chair of AU’s Asian and Pacific Islander Alumni Network, and a fitness entrepreneur.

Jack Winters

Property Management and Construction
Prior to joining MDP, Jack worked for The Dolben Company at a Platinum LEED Class A apartment building with approximately 700 units and 17,000 sf of retail space. As an Assistant Property Manager, he worked closely with the multifamily residents and commercial tenants, to provide top tier customer service and with the building owners to maximize shareholder value. Jack is a graduate from Xavier University.
